“Chris is great. We were going to move out of our neighborhood which is a great neighborhood – and move to another area. After talking to Chris, we realized we really did like the neighborhood, we were just kicking around what kind of house we wanted. He basically opened up a map of the neighborhood and said ‘Is there any house in the neighborhood that you think is the ideal situation for you?” My wife and I both looked at it and pointed at this one house that we both liked and said ‘that one.” He went and knocked on the door of these people and talked to them and got us the opportunity to go look at the house. Two days later we were under contract. He not only helped us to identify that we really did want to stay in the neighborhood but found us the exact house that was not listed for sale and got it listed for sale and we bought it. Once that was in place, there’s a certain amount of effort that every buyer and seller have to go through. You have to call this person – that person, get an inspector and get the inspection done. Chris actually said ‘Hey these are the people I recommend – do you want me to get it scheduled?’ He pretty much managed and scheduled everything through that process. He even went and got the key from the sellers and let the inspectors in. I wasn’t even there. He really helped get everything done. Not only did he help us find the house and get the house, but with the appointments and everything else you have to get done to be able to buy the house.”

“He was great. He answered a lot of our questions along the way. We weren’t really sure how a short sale worked. He was very patient in explaining the process with us and always got back to us if we missed him and was always willing to just chat and make sure we understood everything. A couple of time we had some concerns as we were getting information from the mortgage company about the fees that we were going to have to give at closing. He got on the phone with us and answered all of our questions and was just really patient and made sure that we both understood and that we weren’t too nervous about closing.
